That looks prety good are those the default v8 eyes? Unedited? Eyelashes look pretty good too.

Default V8 Iray skin + blue eyes + Default HDRI map, no additionnal light. The sudD level for the Eye lashes is 2 (Default 1 : too sharp for my taste) Unfortunatly there is a bug in Iray current itteration : lot of white sparke, that I corrected pixel per pixel. The situation is worse if I increase the quality settings. I add light in photoshop as it's impossible to do in DS due to the Iray bug...
