Description

One more from the short trip to Chicago USA, it was fun... I think its a very elegant town, mixed with old and new, nice people, good food, endless possibilities for a photographer.. :-)

I've lived in this city forever, and I'm always amazed when a fine photographer comes here, when they don't know the city well, as they see things I rarely see. I've seen this bridge more times than I can count, and I've never seen it like this! Your near-black-and-white (you left in enough hue to give this real contrast) is wonderful. And the stray patterns of people across the bridge is real street photography. The sky is terrific; and whether you coaxed it, or it was like this, you got real light right above the bridge, allowing the people to stand out. Great work. And you left just enough light beneath the bridge to make it "suspend in air". Terrific shot. It's a pleasure to see one's home through the eyes of a truly fine photographer...

thank you so much for comment, I am so glad you like the way i did the picture, I must say it was for luck with the light, it was hot and a little misty, just perfect to me. :-)
