Description
Dogs are more like people than some folk think, and suffer the same age-related problems as us.
Whilst Tiffany actively watches the TV, and Rosie prefers a cuddle next to me on the sofa, Ralph prefers a nap with his back to the set.
He sometimes finds it hard to keep awake for very long now he is elderly. If he lasts he will be about 14 in October when I will have had him 9 years.
He also has doggy dementia, or Canine Cognitive Deficiency.
However he is now eating well and is the first to ask to go for a walk, but soon gets tired !

Fantastic such a large dog gets so old. He is a lucky fellow living with you. He doesnt even look that old. :)

It's hard to believe you've had Ralph for nine years. I remember when you had Sadie, before him. Time flies so quickly while we're doing other things! It's nice to see him so comfy on his favorite fuzzy blanket.

The old gentleman at rest. No more fox hunting or chasing birds. Now just a well earned rest in a comfortable place, perhaps dreaming of younger days.

He looks so comfy. Meadow is the same as Ralphie, she is eating well & first at the door at walk times but doesn't go as far as the other two.
