Description

Assuming he is a brigadier calling his unit to prepare to advance. Another monument whose name I forgot. A bit more dramatic than most we saw here. Since some folks have commented on the overcast and the mood it gives, I can't claim credit for that.SomeOneElse was at work. I was hoping the overcast would diffuse the light so we'd get more details of the uniforms, etc. Mebbe next time, eh? (Speaking of eh? Tomorrow is Canada Day; I wish our northern cousins a happy day and smiling weather. I know some of your forebears fought in this war and a number picked up Medals of Honor. Thank you.) Well, by my count we have one more image and then we move on. (This next one is for Mike. Can you guess?) Enjoy; thanks for viewing. For some reason, the first upload did not go thru. Do I have to click the VIOLENCE thingie because the guy is holding a sword?? We shall see.
