when I was young a friend had a 50 Ford pickup with a 48 Cadillac V8 engine and it was a riot to drive

My grandfather bought panel Fords or Dodges every six years and then skipped three years and bought a 7 ton stake always a Ford in that next six year cycle. I remember a Late 40's big truck and a 1952 Ford panel so I would call this a 1952 pickup ??? The capture of the slick shine on paint and chrome here makes all that silly.
