Good sharp photo of this bird. Great going with the eye. How close were you? Or was it telephoto? It doesn't seem scared of you. :-)

I moved to it as close as possile. I would not say i was to close to it and not to far from it. I made use of the Nikon super zoom camera .It is able to zoom in 83X. As you can see i did zoom in a bit as it was on 325mm. God bless.
