My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

A really good half light shot Tara.

Bewitched, bothered and bewildered. Bewitched by the quality of the low-light night shot, bothered...not at all, bewildered by the tactile metal work on the wall behind the kids. What a fun night that was...worth every penny:)

Excellent exposure.

Of course it was all about the lighting for you... it's what you do best. Great capture. It's also good to see some young people finding out what it took to make this country.

Very atmospheric low light shot, as if they were walking around an underground tomb. At first glance, I thought these people were walking around with flashlights & I thought "What a cool idea for a museum - have a bunch of dark, hard to find exhibits & give everyone a flashlight & let them explore"...

My God....... They're actually looking at the displays in the museum! And not texting someone on their phones! I only see one girl holding a phone, and it looks like she's taking a photo.. There may be hope for our species, yet.....
This is wonderful lighting, and you've captured it perfectly, Tara!

An outstanding shot considering the low light.

This is a really brilliant shot. You captured this low light perfectly. Dont think I could do that. But what is on the wall, made me curious. Your words "Me? I was all about the lighting" Made me giggle, both because what you meant, but also because you "sounded" exactly like a lady in a game, I play called "Fallout 4". Yup, I am a gamer :-P

This is an intriguing piece. Even without an explanation the image stands on it's own merits.
