St. George (to the left) meets the black night on the jousting grounds. Just to the left of the black knight is a yellow pole with a white ring of wood (scarcely visible). St. George is to pick this up with his sword. There is a similar pole with ring at the other end for the black knight. It looks easy, but on a bouncing horse back and having to lean over AND maintain balance, this is darned difficult! BOTH of them missed!
Oh, woe! How will this go?

Super photo, Michael! I expect that would be very difficult to do. I'd probably fall off the horse.
