Description

"The Wedding Proposal" - This is a bit of a departure for me, as I generally stay away from large, layered scenes. I imagine this scene to be in the 1500-1600s, Italian countryside. with nobles fallen on hard times. If not entirely realistic, it's more of a romantic projection of what this scenario might look like. It's lit with a realistic time-of-day environment set up, in the case late afternoon. It's a large file if you care to zoom in to full-view. Hope you like it. It's a beautiful scene nevertheless. I love and suitor's horse. He seems to be just as fond of the lady as the young man is, "Go on, I like her, she brings me carrots".
