after 7 years i'm finally getting around in adding some info on this page. never really thought about doing it. i have been a member here since July 15th 2006, and have learned alot from fellow artists. i would have about 1300 images or so posted but have deleated many of my first pieces. and still consider myself a developing artist at this wonderful site. i'm 56 years old this year "2013" and was born in North Dakota. i have lived in Colorado since 1967 and enjoy this place alot. my stepfather was in the air force and we lived in Bermuda after North Dakotaย for a few years before coming here where he got stationed.. and so much enjoy many of the finest artist in the world who post here.. love you all and your amazing friendships we share.. lol Steve

PFFFTTTT!!! Dang it... I just blew frappacino all over my monitor! Reminds me of a French Poodle my mom had when I was a kid. That dog would hump anything that didn't move..... And if it stopped moving for more than 10 seconds, it was fair game, too!
Tooooo funny, Steve! Thanks for the Sunday belly-laugh!

I'm skipping, Steve, only so I can get some of your more recent images too. (It's not because the skipped images are one bit less worthy.) Another great cartoon scene from you, and I love the dog humping that toy whale. (The dog is "Gouchou"? I wonder if that was intended to be like "Groucho"...) He's got a great expression. And the little tiger does too. Everyone else has great expressions, and I like that they're all staring at the dog---who's over on the right end of the piece: This whole piece is staring at the dog. Really well composed, lots of fun, and I like the dark jungle in the background: If this is their backyard, they must live in the African jungle! Wonderful piece. (And the blue pool is a fine contrasting hue...)
