Description

Okay this is another image of Neil Gaiman's Death. I think this one came out much better, especially the lighting. The first one is a bit flat. This is pretty much Seven's Jet character "out of the box" with Death's trademark flourish over the right eye and darker lips added to the image file in Photoshop.

Nice portrait and pose. Can't make out the symbolism.

She's a character from The Sandman comic book series by Neil Gaiman. She is basically the anthropomorphic manifestation of Death. She is portrayed as a perky Goth and is the main characters older sister. It sounds a bit lame explained like that, but the story and characters were very well written.

I'm not a particularly morbid person ... but Death is my favorite of the Endless. It would be much better for society if we all had this attitude towards death. 😄 Very nice interpretation!!

Thanks. To be fair Death isn't particularly morbid either, unlike her kid brother. I have to admit I'm torn between Death and Delirium for my favourite.
