We was walking in midtown and there was the train over the road and between the sky scratchers... snapshot while walking... not perfect but there is something I like

Beautiful shot! The colors are quite vivid in this picture. I know you have a lot of pix from Windy City you're hiding from us. =)

Hehe, not this much, four days, 300 pictures ... mostly we hat to chat, good food, some drinks, some bars, little shopping... one day we walked 13.4 km in this town! the others only about 10... It was such a great short vacation in Chicago - loved it... next time we meet us in about 2 years in Boston 😂😄 thank you for comment and having a look dear friend!

You caught the train at the perfect second! The doors are framed between the buildings, giving this a pleasing composition. It's superb in mono. What a brilliant shot!

yes, with Tara, you caught the doors just as they appeared between the buildings. For a quick 'snapshot', you got an iconic shot of these old loud trains, which remain a Chicago tradition. And your silvery and slightly grainy monotone is terrific for all the metal and glass in this shot. And it moves from dark (bottom) to total light (top). A terrific capture of an elevated train in any big city, and it feels very chicago-like to me.
