Description

Throughout ours life, we dedicated to the care of our own exteriority or the health of physicist. We care too much about people's judgment of how we look. What we will remembered, however, is for the work of our brain. What remains to posterity are just the works of the intellect the thoughts, and the actions.

An oustanding composition that speaks for itself, as to the philosophical message that goes with it. Excellent design and render.

Very interesting. Perhaps the skeleton is contemplating how that brain would look in its skull.

Beethoven was a disheveled, messy man. He looked like he came out of a storm. His hair flew in every direction, he scowled, his clothes were often crumpled. And he wasn't always a nice person. (He could be rude and cruel.) But he composed some the most transcendent music in European history. His appearance was only his surface...When Beethoven was deaf (in his final years), he composed music "from the heavens". He looked like a crazy old man. But his music was transcendent.

I think that's the theme you're illustrating here. Beethoven was rude---that was his fault. But he looked crazed---that wasn't his fault. What we look like has little to do with our inner mind and heart. Your image shows a skeleton: If we look an inch inside our skin, we're nothing but that skeleton. But we can imagine and create visions of the cosmos. So your skeleton contemplates (even adores) that live brain.

You illustrate this theme beautifully. The skeleton is extraordinary: It's bone, but it also looks like fabric. It has "grain" (visual grain). And the light and shadow in the skeleton is beautiful. You created a beautiful piece of art, with that skeleton.

You have your masks again---chrome, brilliant, speaking (it seems) in ancient, inaudible tongues/languages. The mask on the right seems to cry something. We don't know what. Perhaps your masks are ancient souls crying to the present.

And you have your tiles again: Those shimmering tiles where all humanity seems to meet, where humanity sees its true nature. The skeleton reminds me of Hamlet, when he picks up a skull. (Hamlet says, in essence, "this skull belongs to a man I knew...he was funny, he played, he made me laugh...yet, now? He's nothing but decayed bones...") Unlike Hamlet, your skeleton contemplates the brain. And the brain---in rich yellows and reds---stands out against all the metallic hues of the masks and tiles. And you have books, once more---old venerable books, with their own beauty. And candles---a universal symbol of illumination.

Brilliantly done, once more, Giuliano. You are masterful at visualizing your imagination. This is stunning and beautiful image, and it illustrates your theme beautifully.

That is so true! The image is usually the first thing we forget about people, what they did is the last.
