Hmmmmmmmmm... I could go the easy route and just copy 'n' noodles my facebook comment. But I'm a bitch [cough], so here we go for something different!

FAN-EFFIN-TASTIC! A true Saidge (is there such a thing as an untrue Saidge? haha, never!), colour-wise, style-wise (this mix of painted and polaroid)... I just freakin' love it. Plus the books themselves being such a sweet homage to "The Evil Dead" series. I'm all in for the club, here's my card... and my soul! Now let me read already :)

lmfao!! Membership accepted!! The Evil Dead! I know! I saw the spines of the book and I just had to show off that part - loved the concept :D This one just made me smile all the way through, ghouls and brains tend to do that (I told you I liked monsters!) ;) thank you! thank you!! thank you!!!

If those are library books, I certainly hope they aren't overdue. They may bite you. :) This render would be right at home in a dark fantasy setting. I can see the Evil Dead inspiration, but I always felt that if there were Books of the Damned in the real world they probably wouldn't be bound in a way to attract attention to themselves.

lol yes, I'm sure they absolutely would bite! and I completely agree, about the 'real world' look - that would make the most sense. Fortunately, this is the fantasy world and we get to enjoy the delicious horror interpretation of it all :) thanks so much!!
