Artienne is my alias for 3d Artwork. In the past I used other name "Valgerd Kossmann" because I wanted keep separate music from other type of activity. The surname Kossmann is just maiden name of my mum and other members of my family. Before I had adventure with journalism, music, photography, traditional and digital painting. When it comes to post-work I use also different type of programs like FilterForge, Topaz, Photomatic Pro, Gimp or Photoshop. I have graduated in history studies and I am an qualified in Ancient and Medieval History. I am teacher of history in public school and graphic designer( creating web pages in Mac System). I started use Daz Studio two years ago and at the beginning had plans only use this program for private work. I wanted just do simple images of elves, fairies and combine them with my photos( background). After two years fun with Daz Studio I changed my mind and started to learn more about lighting, composition and post work. My goal is to show people some kind of magic and spirituality and I am most comfortable in this niche. I do commissions work for writers and private companies.

Great perspective - your character dominates the scene and I love the lighting on the sword!!!
crender
Superb !!!!
sossy
puhh, thats difficult! at first I must say both are gorgeous! 1. love the closeup of the outfit and kilt (fantastic details), also the details of the texture of the ruins! and the wonderful red hair told me it could be Jamie Fraser! (I am disappointed by the actor of the outlander series, I dont like his face and hair, your char is more the jamie I see in my fantasy when I read the books)! the stairs I also love a lot and char and stones are a great contrast to each other! only the pose is not mine because it is more a pose of a woman, sorry, that is my opinion! in the second scene I love to see more of the ruins and the face with hair looks more handsome and harmonic, and the pose is great! both are favs 😃

Thank you sossy so much! I love read your comments! I have to admit that I saw all the episodes of Outlander :) Jamie Fraser nice character, but I didn't like his face and hair also. I like more guys with long hair because in my past I had deal with viking re-enactment and folk music. About the pose...It is walking pose :) I didn't have good poses for the warriors because before I did more renders with female XD
rajib
Pose wise I like the main one. Nice determined looked. But I kinda feel the hair style doesn't not suit him.
Artienne
Thank you rajib! You know I like guys with long hair, so perhaps it is the reason why I gave him these type of hair :)
Artienne
New version with different pose and hair! :)

outstanding characters that really fit the warrior class

Since I am new to your page I will explain I comment by what song plays in my head when I first view the render. Sometimes the artist and I are on the same wavelength and sometimes not. Sometimes no song plays in which case I write something down for this one I heard.
