I know this sculpture well, I don't live too far from it. You turned it into a deep, dark, very graphic sculpture. It looks very imposing and powerful in your shot. It almost has a Depression Era feel, because of your dark hues, the sepia, and the ultra gritty textures on the figures. The whites are almost luminous. And your rain postwork suits it perfectly. Terrific. You made this very familiar sight (to Chicagoans) look like something wholly new and very dramatic, very "film noir"...
