I did this to remind me what sunshine was like - been wet and overcast here for days! I hope you like it.

So lovely ! Nice posing and expression.
I am not sure if the pant came with that effect. but to me it looks more like mud / dirt effect than wet effect. But still splendid work. I think if you have that as a separate layer, you can all some glossiness and translucency to get the wet effect. It looks too dry here.
