Description
Today was good... a small five striped lizard had fallen into an inescapable basin,
and would surely have drowned itself in frustration, had I not seen its peril and assisted.
It seemed almost reluctant to leave my finger, and touch solid ground.

years ago my son brought home an injured bird. since I did not have a pet deposit nor the money, I went to let it loose in a wooded area and it refused to get off my finger.
it was really nice of you to save it. you have a very nice back yard
