I find your picture already very good. I would make the sea a little more wavy which achieving by using several terrains. Wavier create and e.g. the adjustment " select dunes ". Also I would create the high-squirting water with terrains and would select here the adjustment " Fractal " then still the background of the terrain to remove (selection bracket in the terrain wordprocessor to shift upward) and it with another texture provide e.g. a rain map.
