Quick test painting across Genesis 2 Base Female material zones in Substance Painter.
Simple fill layer, Advanced Triplanar projection, yellow striped material with displacement.
Very faint seam lines still visible on the legs, hmmm...

I'm glad it does, Substance Painter is such a Coooooool thing to play with! Fixing those separated UV maps so Painter can work across all parts of Genesis' skin is a nuisance, splitting the resulting texture maps back up into the original sub-groups even more so, but for me it's well worth the time and effort.
