And the dog is at the helm. Really instills confidence, doesn't it? No wonder we have all these huge ship disasters when not even the small ships can behave! Keep up the good work! :-) And DON'T go near the water! You might get "run over" and drown!

in Massachusetts, life preservers are required to be worn by children 12 and under (and all kayak users must wear them) but adults can just have them available on the boat. I've owned a motorboat and two canoes and have always just kept them on the boats. harbor masters can check at any time. nice shot of this lake; I like the bridge in the distance.

In NH kids are required to have them on and adults must have them in the vessel. Marine Patrol gets quite testy about it. We even have them on our dogs.
