I am a very happy bunny. In March Mike my amazing vet retired (I felt sick) but I decided I would see Phillip from the practice & when I asked Mike he agreed. A month later imagine my horror when I found out Phillip was leaving. Now, my vets was bought by a big conglomeration (they own about 33 practices around the country). Since Mike left & they took over, I have heard nothing good about the practice. Vets, nurses & receptionists leaving the sinking ship. When I nipped in last week the waiting room was empty, never been known before. I was with Mike for over 25 years, he has looked after my girls & cats wonderfully well & I trusted him. Since March, only things I have heard about the practice are not good. Last time I saw Phillip he said he couldn't say where he was going as he was still under contract but told me not to worry. I have today learned that he & another vet from Mikes old practice are opening a new vets together & guess what it is virtually over the road from me, within walking distance. Tonight I feel much better for the girls & Mr. Buck. Hopefully when the practice opens in September they will be registered with Wolds Vets.
