Chandler, Oklahoma. the previous time I seen this small building it was needing repair. still needs windows, doors, and a new roof

Looks like one of those gas stations where the attendants wore uniform hats and a jacket over a white shirt. Am I trying to say Phillips 66 in Oklahoma? Maybe... I like it. I could be very happy there trying to lure a lady to my lair next door. What do you think? With solar air conditioning? That's OK now but when the chill winds blow I might want geothermal reversal and a heat pump. HOW WOULD I CAPITALIZE THIS? Obviously by selling the brand , silly!

What an interesting find and contrast between the building and the old Caddy. You find the coolest stuff, Richard. Wonderful photo!

Perhaps the little building will eventually be a restroom - hence the "P" building... Looks like it was a gas station at one time with the island in the front.
