Looks to be based on a 1931 Ford Model A sedan body and small block Chevy powerplant.

Can I comment that the rear hubcaps look like 1954 Oldsmobile full wheel covers? My point of reference is a 1954 98 belonging to the local photographer's step son which he nosed and decked with balsa wood plugs in the insignia holes and then painted them with touchup paint. You're going to say it looks more like chrome reversed wheels with some sort of small hubcap in the image or made from those same '54's. Always something to refresh and dismiss as overly obsessive in the mind of the beholder.
