another delight from you...as I understand it, koalas are marsupials, right? and aussies like to tell me "they're not bears, dude!" (I think of Steve Martin, "well, excuuuuuuuuuse meeeeeeeee," lol, 'cause I really didn't know that fact...) But it doesn't matter, because your koala is either playing with that great cartoon bear, or he's saying "i'm a bear in spirit," or maybe he just wants to be a bear...Even without your funny caption, it's a delightful piece. I love the half-off overalls on that bear, and his orange-yellow eyes, and his pose/expression (you're really good at that, I wonder if you did that with people, when you did photography). And his big clunky 'toes' (claws). And the koala looks completely non-plussed and innocent. A delightful fairy tale background too, with an illumined dragonfly, and some beautiful, green fairy tale light. Another delightful scene from you, Dee.
