Steve, I plan to do a longer session here, and I would have on wed, but I got waylaid by an infection. (Nothing serious, just a major intrusion. I almost took a picture of it, but I didn't wanna gross people out, lol. It was on my hand and wrist. Maybe from a bite. I had it examined by a doctor.) But, for now, this is truly beautiful. I really am amazed at your design sense: You made a portrait. And with the lush flowers and the bird, you added your own touch of very deep purples (in the roses) and pink tinged white flowers, and beautiful colorations on the bird. And Nymia is done amazingly: In that pale pink and those blue 'paint spills' all down her face and neck. And that great colored hair. And against such a deep purple background---you have color sense down to your toes. You just know colors, and you express a world with them. As a consequence, you've turned a flowery portrait into an eye-popping, haunting image. It's terrific. I'll be back for more soon. And thanks as ever for all your great kindness in my gallery, I appreciate it more than I can say.
