Well done, especially for a first image! The lighting is good and the modeling looks fine. As for suggestions I would make things less precise. For example, I would tilt the wagon wheel to one side or lean it up against the wall. I would distress the walls so that they have an aged look to them. I would put some trash in the scene and maybe distress the floor tiles a little.

Looks pretty good! The only thing that jumps out at me to suggest improvement upon, is the bump map on the floor. It looks like the joints are raised instead of lowered. Try a negative setting there. Otherwise great.
