45 The Racist in Chief, again twisted the American Dream into a revolting nightmare by pardoning Joe Arpaio, supposably his past justifying this travesty. Lets look at the facts as provided by Wikipedia known for its up to date thruthful data. The U.S. Department of Justice concluded that Arpaio oversaw the worst pattern of racial profiling in U.S. history. Violated the constitutional rights of inmates in MEDICAL and other care-related issues. In fact most inmates had not been convicted of a crime and were AWAITING TRIAL. During a three-year period ending in 2007, more than 400 sex-crimes reported to Arpaio's office were inadequately investigated. Arpaio failed to follow-through on at least 32 child molestations, even though the suspects were known. Many of the victims were children of illegal immigrants. These are a VERY small sample of the abuse of power; misuse of funds; failure to investigate sex crimes; improper clearance of cases; unlawful enforcement of immigration laws; and election law violations he was under investigation for. As of June 2014, costs to Maricopa County taxpayers related to Arpaio's "corruption investigations" against his political opponents and judges investigating him exceeded $45 million.
