You and Bill (bmac62) have some things in common: You both get a magnanimous sense of detail, of gentle sweep; and---even in pics like this (which have a lotta "sameness")---you capture a beauty and articulation that make them feel epic and gorgeous. And "gorgeous" isn't easy, when the light is this 'quiet': A beautiful portrait of a dappled landscape, and of the lonnnnng lines of roads, and even dirt roads (which is what I assume those are). And the mountains in the background are beautiful 'whispers', with a quiet sky. Long road shots can be hackneyed, but this is anything but. Beautiful, Richard. I love this.
