I work in the technology side of a magazine (both a print and online magazine), Mother Jones. I consider myself a hobbyist 3d image maker because I can't rightfully call myself an artist. I studied Comparative Literature in college, and, yes, job availability for people like me isn't easily had. So, I used my love of computers to switch professions, and at the same time came upon 3d art. I tend to favor science fiction and fantasy in my images, but sometimes I do get carried away by very beautiful 3d models.

Colateral damage... I often wonder if our politicians worldwide even have a clue what kinds of hell children (everyone, actually) that live in warzones have to experience. I am pretty sure I have not the slightest clue, and as on one hand I am thankful to miss out on this experience, I also wished no one would have to live that kind of life.
But it's all so far away. Just a surreal flicker on our tv screens, which pretty quickly makes place for the next adblock for the new smartphones or fastfood or whatever the 'eff we take for granted.
Both images are really strong art!

Sad but excellently done piece.
