so "koch" is the name of a formula (or maybe a mathematician? I wouldn't have known that...) With Richard, this does look like a gigantic blueberry milkshake. But it also looks like something emerging out of an arctic land. Or just a big arctic landscape, with gorgeous doily-like forms punching out of the morass, and glowing in one of your chrome-like silvery metallic hues. The blues are light and 'aqua' in nature (and they're beautiful), and that bright, bright white makes this appear 'graced', like some civilization has been waiting for it for a long time. More beautiful work and concept from you. (It also looks like a gigantic muffin baking up to full size!) A wonderfully inventive piece, Mandi.
