Yep that's a brain fart! I've seen many of these pictures over the years working for doctors. Isn't it amazing how much change you can have with such a small spot!

Brain fart - thanks for the laugh! At least you sense of humor wasn't affected! Otherwise known as blood clot. You had it in a decent location. A bit further back and you could have lost vision on the right side. Glad to see you're getting back in form. The damage will repair, though it takes time. Glad to see you posting again. :-)
