Yes, well, we all know that sort of day when this image fits not just the day and its events but our mood and thoughts.
And yet it is just an image, a serendipity image created by the PhotoBooth app on my MacBook with the aid of a single light source.
Very effective though, I think; and there's every one of 78 years etched into that face ... if not more ...
Alter the lighting and head angle just ever-so-slightly and it's surprising how many years can be cast off!
