Before anyone asks, “Sean, Banned Books Weeks isnt until the end of September! Why are you prattling on about it now??”, yes, I realize that. I also realize that we tend to get excited about things in the heat of the moment, then we sorta forget about them. So I”m jump-starting Banned Books Week a bit just so you all remember that this isnt an issue that ends on 1 October. It goes on year round. And anyone who seriously cares about cultural freedom and worries about censorship should bear that in mind.
