Description

Ille-sur-Tet, Pyrénées-orientales, France A long time ago, the soil was composed of sand agglomerated with clay and the whole was covered with a harder layer. Rainfall erosion created this landscape of organs, chimneys or sand columns. The tops are often still covered by the hardest layer that protects them. The erosion continues its work still now, and one day there will be only a pile of sand ... Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200
