Description

This wedding car was parked at the rest home, I have no idea why! "The Regent Landaulette is a modern car built in the style of the 1930’s era. It has very spacious leg and head room and is a very comfortable vehicle even for longer journeys. It can seat up to 5 people in comfort and its large wide opening doors provide for easy access for the fullest of wedding gowns. The soft-top hood of the Regent can be lowered or raised in minutes to suit the Bride & Groom. The interior is finished in light beige leather hide with wilton carpeting. The cars running boards and side wings with it’s spare wheel mounted in the front wing make the perfect setting for photography. Unlike some vintage cars that can at times be temperamental this car is a modern vehicle with all the reliable mechanics of today and is able to accelerate, steer and brake in keeping with modern day vehicles so should have no problems in even the smallest of church parking areas." So now you know! See her from the front Here

Sweet looking ride. I've always thought that the car makers should redo their classic cars with modern tech - they could sell at top prices

...and you can own one for under 20,000 pounds. It would even fit all your gardening supplies in the back!

A beautiful replica. I suppose you will have to provide your own top hat and tales.

What a beauty. As mentioned above, I also have thought that many of the cars from the past should be rebuilt with modern mechanical upgrades. The mechanics of modern cars have been improved over the years but the body styles today seldom compares to what was around in the "Good old Days.

Great shot of this marvelous machine.
