Description
This pic was a little difficult to pull off and took a bit tweaking. With that background it started to remind me a bit of One Piece and the constant sea battles.

No story on the girl, though it might be fun to come up with one. The skirt I built out of some stock images in PS since DAZ has nothing like that.
