There is something about this image with doesn't sit right with my eye. The freckling as a texture looks far too smooth. As far as I know, freckles are slightly more dense that the skin around them so with that level of freckles there should be some surface variation in the skin. I do not know how you can fix this or whether anyone else agrees.
