Description
So the day has been rather busy. I now have two doves again. I also have another squirrel. And a rabbit. And a turkey vulture which I took to another rehabber that specializes in them. The doves seem to be happy together. The fall season always seems to bring extra babies. Now if summer would just go away I would be happy! 92 today.
I don't do heat well !!

Cuteness doubled and the work triples - wonderful capture

Nice capture of these two little "peas in a pod." See they have lost their orange fuzzies. Birds are a lot of work to raise. I know since I have raised a number myself.

Superb capture. We had our fist summer thunder storm yesterday and summer lies ahead of us here in South Africa. I prefer summer then winter. God bless.

Is THAT what newly hatched doves look like? Wow! And thanks for the info on their feeding needs and crop. I didn't know that. And all the new little ones. Keeping you busy, alright. Here we have sun, but cool, and intermittently windy and night rains.. Some leaves are turning color and falling.
I'm backing up computer files at work and have about 1 week left at work. I wonder how they'll manage without me answering the phone and doing the eek-mail!
Keep up te good work! :-)
