Description
Due to genetic modification, Mikhail's body generates an absurd amount of energy, so much so that he occasionally has to drain some off. Given that a certain other nation has been experiencing power outages, he bathes in a special solution designed to absorb said power, which is transferred into what amounts to large batteries, and they are donated to the country in need.
