My last book cover for a few. Have another done but will post in October sometime.
A dedi for a very special person in my life, but then again ALL of my friends here are. Thank you Mark for your utmost generosity my friend. You have a incredible way with words and highly feel you are a novelist and thought of you in this way. Steve
Also mega prayers for Dan who lives in the country of Puerto Rico which was devistated by that hurricane. Praying he and others will be ok. It will most likely be months before we here a word from him since power is down everywhere there. God bless them all. Steve

Forgive me for being late, Steve, I couldn't get to the computer all day Wednesday, and I got up in the middle of the night to be sure to comment on this before another day begins! Thank you so much for this...to be included among your book covers is a real honor. You do these so well. And you have a real eye for how to put your illustrations in the midst of titles, info, all the stuff that gets packed into book covers, magazine covers, etc: You do all of them so well. I love the deep ochre/orange hue to the piece; and the lion and woman---I realize the lion has to be the king (he's the only male in the piece), but the woman is like his protector as much as the other way around; and that makes them both looking out for each other, which is beautiful (and fitting your fellowship theme). I'd recognize one of Jane's cats anywhere (you couldn't choose a better source), and your pose as well as your light, and how you handled the stripes of the woman is very finely done. With a big primal background, like something out of the savannah or pre-history. Thank you so much, Steve, you deserve the kindness you get from all of us, and I wish you much, much more.
And re Puerto Rico, I wish your friend help and recovery from the devastations of that storm. I hope our government moves quickly (they haven't so far) to bring aid, food, medicine and power to that island. And I hope Dan and others will be able to communicate with their friends and loved ones soon, if even though a generator...A moving dedi that I'm honored to be part of, and I thank you very much. May blessings be with you in everything you do...

As for the Natural disasters that affect our friends as well;
maybe it's not possible to prevent completely,But we can support the all kind of victims much more,when we use the all that source-money and technology not for the wars,but creating a more beautiful and civilize world! ,stopping the greed and warmonger mentality,is the only way for having a better, happier world! I wish a quick recovery to all kind of natural & human-induced disaster's victims!
