Hi, I am Barbara and live in Lincolnshire. I love nothing better than walking with my 3 dogs, (Large Munsterlanders) and taking the camera along. Iam afraid my photographic skills are not very good, I just point and click & hope for the best. Sometimes I do take some nice shots!!
I have lived with this breed since 1986, before that I had border collies. I was told when getting my first Munster, Jenna, I would become addicted and I sure was, owning 7 of this breed over the years.
Although Munsters are a working gundog, afraid I couldn't shoot anything, so we do other things like, showing, obedience and heelwork to music.
The girls are all different & I hope to show that in their pictures.
I would like to thank my good friend Janeeden for persuading me to get started.
Video's & songs for the girls can be seen on www.jendellas.com

He looks so relaxed in this photo - glad he's doing better

Glad to hear he's mending nicely. It's tricky business getting medicine into cats. Dogs are so much easier. Nice photo of this handsome fella.

Poor Mr. Buck. It will be wonderful when he's all better.

Poor kitty. At least he only needs meds once a day. I so hope he's much better by Thursday. When our big boy Frasier had to had a leg amputated ( he got caught in an illegal trap) he liked having his stump bathed in warm salt water. He'd half close his eyes and purrrrrrr. LOL

Although our Bagheera eats the pills pretty easy if packed in a little bit of butter, not all of our Cats do so. Therefore we got a nifty device from our Vet. It looks a bit like a syringe, but has a soft tip, where we put in the pill. Then my wife holds the Cat and I gently push the tip of that device into the mouth of the cat (going in at the mouth corner). The trick is now to reach pretty far back close to the throat and then with the handle you push the pill out of the soft tip into the throat of the cat. If done right, this is a pretty quick process, it cannot harm the cat and the pill is deep enough in the throat, so that the cat cannot spit it back out, but swallows it. It needs a bit of training, but it is the most painless method (for the cat and the human) we have for more reluctant cats,
