Description

It's been a very long time since first grade at St. Francis de Sales school in Belle Harbor, NY, but when I tried this face on Victoria it brought back a vivid memory. She looks just like the nun whose veil I lifted up from the back in an attempt to see if they really had hair under there. When she wheeled around to see what the heck I was doing, I fully expected to be turned to stone (a fourth-grader had made sure that all the first-graders knew that nuns could do this). Instead, she gave me a small smile, bent over and whispered in my ear "Yes, I have hair. It's gray, but don't tell anyone else." I just had to do this pic =) Credits: Oleander - Golden Girls Pkg - Stormi and Dalinise - Marketplace Nun's Habit - Ghastley - Freebie Cross - Daz3D Poser 5 Post - Photoshop Thanks for taking a peek =) Comments and suggestions appreciated.

A great story and a FANTASTIC image. The habit is great, her expression is perfect and the glasses add the finishing touch. You're good and I really love this portrait, thank you Marybeth. :)

Franciscans have the coolest habits. I used to have a huge crush on this one cute young Franciscan sister that rode my bus and...

Never mind.
