Nice capture. Heck, could get a round-trip ticket to Europe for that price. Don't know anything about this plane, but it must be VERY special.

That's definitely my all time favorite piston engined plane, and if I ever win a Powerball lottery I'm going to have one.

Very cool and I bet a sensational ride. To be honest, it wouldn't take much persuasion to get me to part with some cash for this!

when I first read this, I thought you said it cost $1795.00 to BUY this plane. I thought: "I don't know s__t about planes, but for $1795??? I'll TAKE it!!! Aside from my not reading well, it's a cool plane, and something I'd like to ride in. But your shot is eye candy. The plane runs straight across the frame, flat-flush with the surface. But then the rest of the shot intrudes: Love the angles of the other planes, the angle of the stairwell, the strewn people 'messing up" the symmetry of the plane; in fact, the general mix of forms here. I love the feeling of order and messiness all in one. It's an abstract of shapes and forms, and I love the rhythms of the shot. And that propeller kind of calls the whole thing to order---great that you caught it completely straight up and down: It's the anchor for the whole piece.
