Out of the mist rises the sun of a new day. Simplicity in itself is beautiful. Comments please (good, bad, or downright mean/critical: they're all welcome).

..ok, first of all, this IS beautiful. but is this original, could all of us do this on 15 minutes, thats another thing. if you show this to someone who is unfamiliar with bryce and 3d-gfx, she/he will think you are god with computergfx. be creative,try different things, learn. and, welcome to the group.

Well, while I agree a sunset on water is not highly original, the piece looks like you are screaming fast over the water. How about a plane or a spaceship (maybe a simple metallice UFO type thing) just up and to the side of the camera? I like the colors, too.

Interesting pic, it does give a sense of speeding across the water. Very nice. Sometimes a simple picture is better then an overly complex one.

Thanks all. I agree, it's certainly not original. I just have a thing for sunsets/sunrises, and other natural sky phenomena. The speed effect was caused by pulling the Depth of Field (or Field of View) all the way back.

Sometimes less is more.It may not be original but it does have a nice warm feel to it.I like the feeling of motion the clouds give it too.Looks like it's going to be a nice day!
