Description

The TS-11 Iskra (meaning “spark” in Polish) was Poland's primary jet trainer a long time. It used to train fighter pilots before they went on to flying the faster jets like the MiG or Sukhoi aircraft. Cavanaugh Flight Museum looks like it maybe air worthy

If I remember correctly it was one of the alternatives to the Lockheed T-33 shooting Star of the Warsaw Pact (to which it was preferred the L-29 Delfin) as a plane for training! Great photo!!
