I was almost to late taking some photos at the old-timer show...

Great car. Just for me, if you wanted to leave some red I would have just stuck with the number plate. I reckon the smatterings in the background are more distracting than anything else! Nice photo though Priska.

You really are totally at home with black and white (and grays) (I don't know where we got "black and white" from, since it's mostly grays.) You have color here too---but in key spots: The woman's hand (out the door), and a sign on the back of someone's car, etc. The car just shines here; and because of your angle, it hugs the road and comes right at us. (It looks like you were standing right in front of it, and, if so, did the driver wonder why you were standing in the middle of the road, lol? Was he thinking, "photographers! they're all alike!") The background is all bokeh'd, and its a lovely melange of lines, shadow, light and the usual cacophony of an outdoor show. It makes a very rhythmic background to this old Cadillac. A lovely image with a shimmering capture of that old road-hogging car.
