Description

Never rains but it pours, poor Jasmine has got a very & I mean very sore ear. She started shaking her head on Wednesday night & I bathed her ear in warm water & on Thursday she went to see Phillip, she was so good when he looked down her very sore ear. We are treating both ears, even though the other is ok as Phillip doesn't want it to get infected, so I am putting a wash down twice a day & then half an hour later she has to have drops put in. She has to go back in a week to see how its doing. She may have to have the ear flushed out. Poor Jasmine is very upset, no not about her ear but the fact that I have put a boot on her back foot so that she doesn't scratch her ear & make it bleed. She is not a happy bunny. Truly made me laugh just before, she came running in the room to me with Jasmines boot in her mouth. Truly is a bit of a tell tale as if Jasmine chews at her tummy, Truly always comes to tell me. She makes me chuckle. Thanks for all the lovely comments & favs, so, so appreciated. x

Poor gal. I always used malacetic otic cleanser for my floppy-eared kids. They never had any ear problems, which for spaniels, is usually a big concern. Just a thought. Hope things clear up for her very soon.
