Description

The court "Louis XIV". This part of the buildings was profoundly altered during the 18th century. The sky was very gray that day... It's the last image I post for this series. La cour "Louis XIV". C'est vrai que les arbres de la colline ont un petit côté irréel, fantomatique, mais je trouve que ça ajoute de l'intérêt à la photo ! Ils sont d'abord comme un prolongement sauvage des topiaires et des lavandes bien taillées de la cour, et peuvent également apparaître comme les gardiens de l'Abbaye, comme si c'étaient les âmes des moines qui ont vécus ici au cours des siècles qui veillent sur les lieux ; ça apporte un petit côté étrange et mystique qui va bien ! Une excellente photo, Jean-Claude !
