Description

On July 4th, Rachel came over with her three children, their step-sister, Rachel’s boyfriend and his two for a cookout. Vincent was here, the neighbor’s dog showed up so it was a full house. They pulled the little grill into the side yard and fired it up. We stuck to the traditional burgers and hot dogs and proceeded to put forth enough smoke to fill several acres. The one day a good breeze would have been useful, we had nothing but still air. Luckily the food was good, the fireworks worked and the kids ran around enough to air out before getting back into the van. This is my version of that day minus a few of the crowd. (I haven’t figured out Nerd3D’s Smoke and Flame from Hivewire yet so forgive the funky smoke pattern.) Smoke and Flame by Nerd3D at Hivewire. DNA Weather fog from RDNA was added for the full effect. looks great Terri,yep we had a similar bbq with our friends form france and there the wind was so uncomfortable it blew the whole smoke right under the porch lol.but the food was great and the main thing is beeing together its so precious nowadays.
